The Crimsonbridge team loves reading grant reports and then sharing stories of impact with our networks! After a training project recently wrapped up for Montgomery College’s Achieving the Promise Academy, the college shared details about the project. Here is an impact snapshot that features several accomplishments from this project:
72 faculty, staff, students, and community members trained at the 2025 “Coach When You Can” Summit
100% of surveyed participants understood coaching’s role in student success and knew how to connect students to support
Official approval of the Academic Coaching Micro-Credential, embedding coaching into the College’s new MC CARES Network
Pilot launched in three programs (HVAC, Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Education) to test integrated advising + coaching
Site visits to Maricopa Colleges and Arizona State University informed best practices for faculty, tutors, and peer coaches
This project shaped the Academic Affairs Master Plan, ensuring long-term alignment and leadership support.
Together, these efforts are building sustainable, equitable, and integrated student support systems at Montgomery College.
