Crimsonbridge Partners with Center for First-generation Student Success to Advance College-to-Career

Washington, DC - In January 2021, the Crimsonbridge Foundation partnered with the Center for First-generation Student Success, an initiative of NASPA and The Suder Foundation, to deepen the knowledge and understanding of college-to-career pathways of first-generation students.

The findings of this project will fill an existing gap in the data on career preparation, pathways, and outcomes for first-generation students. Crimsonbridge hopes the findings of this project will help advance student success and the work of its college success community partners. “So many organizations, including our partners, are hungry for national benchmarks on career outcomes for first-generation college students,” said Danielle M. Reyes, Executive Director of the Crimsonbridge Foundation. “The research and development of this practical guide will be an invaluable resource for student affairs professionals at community colleges, universities, and nonprofits.”
