BUILDING BRIDGES TO
MEANINGFUL CAREERS
Since 2025, Crimsonbridge has awarded Career Pathways grants to national nonprofits and research organizations to build more opportunities and mobility. Join us as we expand opportunities for individuals and grow our national capacity for long-term impact.
CAREER PATHWAYS AND POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
Nearly 68 million working-age Americans do not hold a college degree, yet many high-quality, high-paying careers are within reach through the right training, credentials, and support.
Postsecondary education provides essential tools and resources for building successful, prosperous lives. While a college degree can lead to a successful career, a broad range of postsecondary opportunities exist for people seeking valuable credentials and higher-paying jobs.

ADDRESSING A DEMAND FOR MORE OPTIONS
Crimsonbridge Foundation partners with leading national organizations to expand career training access and accelerate pathways to higher-paying jobs for workers across the country. We focus on:

EXPAND OPTIONS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED
Increase opportunities for career and technical education, postsecondary credentials and career pathways, especially for learners and workers who face the greatest barriers to entry. Helping to scale what works that helps individuals to build skills and expand the infrastructure of options in the field drives this priority. Two examples of this are new pathways Crimsonbridge has supported at Merit America (a Human Resources career pathway) and Skill Up Coalition (a Skilled Trades initiative).

ACCELERATE RESEARCH AND INNOVATION
Support and amplify research on the most promising innovations in career learning, from high school through adulthood. With this, our goal is to help funders, policymakers, and practitioners make informed, high-impact investments. One example of a national research project is the creation of easy-reference data toolkits on community college outcomes and career training programs for millions of Americans from the Community College Research Center. Crimsonbridge is partnering with SOVA Solutions and American Institute for Boys and Men to research effective strategies addressing gaps and reversing a 50-year trend of men disengaging from higher education and completing fewer postsecondary credentials.
