Leadership Roundtable Expands Reach by Launching Fully Bilingual Website

For the Catholic Church in the United States, bilingual communications in English and Spanish are essential for school and parish vitality. Being able to welcome people, provide information, and engage them through language access is necessary for true inclusion and the future of the Church.

Bilingual communications best practices informed the development of the Crimsonbridge Foundation’s Bridges Program, which partners with nonprofits and schools across the country to strengthen communications capacity and develop tools to reach and engage with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families more effectively.

Leadership Roundtable is a national organization seeking to elevate and implement best practices in management and leadership in the Catholic Church and is one of Crimsonbridge’s newest Bridges Program community partners.

In 2022, Crimsonbridge Foundation made a grant to Leadership Roundtable to hire their first Bilingual/Bicultural Communications Manager as part of the organization’s commitment to fully bilingual and inclusive communications. One of the projects taken on by the new Bilingual Communications Manager was to oversee the creation of a bilingual website. By communicating in both English and Spanish, Leadership Roundtable will reach a broader group of leaders in the Church who might have otherwise felt that they didn’t belong at the proverbial table.
